The mission of the Conyers SDA Church Sports & Recreation Ministry is to develop a generation of health-conscious members who will have a fellowship in Christ among ourselves in creating a proper Christian environment for us to exercise without bitter competition.
What Do We Need to Do:
- A lifestyle modification - Exercise & diet prevents a lot.
- Exercise at least 3 times per week for 150 minutes.
- Don't forget to drink lots of water. No soda, period!
- Maintain a healthy weight.
- Let's try to destroy diabetes! How? Through diet and exercise!
Our ministry is a great tool to minister and serve all different ages from 5 years to 101. It has a diversity of activities from non-physical (mental exercises) to physical, recreational, and intense sports. The basis of this ministry is to make friendship with our neighbors through our recreational talents and gifts where we indirectly preach and teach the word of God as well as for character building

Basketball & Soccer Summer Camps for Children/Youth, Volley Ball, Weekly Walks (Witness for Fitness), Board Game Nights, Table Games (Saturday Night Dominoes), Cycling, Fishing, Annual Beach Trips, and More!
